I hired Juan and his team to replace a concrete driveway. The end product seemed fine and had a one year warranty. Within the year two cracks presented and I contacted Juan to have these repaired. I have reached out over a dozen times over a three month period. Juan, the owner, responded only after I explained if he did not honor the warranty I would review his company on social media. He then repeatedly lied and said I will be out this week or this day and never showed up. This is unprofessional and possibly illegal as I have the warranty in writing. I would HIGHLY suggest looking for a company that stands by their work and USCG clearly does not.

USCG was fantastic from start to finish. The estimate and contract process was clear. The plans were developed and addressed all of our design needs and when submitted to Arlington county they got approval with no revisions. The work kicked off according to our schedule preferences and they made steady progress on a challenging retaining wall project. The finishes were beautiful and we added a driveway. We love the work, very much recommended. In fact we’ve already passed Juan Padilla’s name to a friend for similar work. Thanks again!Service: Retaining walls
