This family-owned business is awesome. There customer service and warranty are outstanding. Several years ago, I asked them to conduct a roof inspection for peace of mind. They found nothing wrong and did not charge me a dime. So when it was time to replace my 18 year old roof in 2018, it was easy to give them my business. Earlier this week, I had a roof leak. I called at 6 PM and left a message. One hour later, the co-owner called me back and said he would be there the next day. The next day, he identified product failure on a section of roof fascia and that he would have it replaced within 48 hours under warranty of my now 5-year-old roof. I can’t say enough good things about the McNabb company! After meeting with about 6 highly rated roofers (most pushy and salesy, not to mention high priced), I was referred to McNabb. I couldn’t believe the difference! Spoke to the owners (Judy) upon calling, had Shaun come out for an estimate promptly. No sales pitch, no nothing, just an explanation of the roof condition and an estimate left for me; the most reasonable price of all. Also-oddly-they were the only company that explained to me about attic ventilation and when/when not to have a roof fan for best ventilation. Very professional. Called for a quote and they were immediately responsive. Showed up on time and gave us a great price to fix our roof. Work was done as scheduled. They did an excellent job cleaning up too.
