Judy is a great inspector. As a first time home-buyer, she gave us much more detailed information than we expected. I would highly recommend her, and definitely will have her to inspect our house again when we buy houses.

Fairview Home Inspections - SPECIFICALLY JUDY! has been amazing to work with. I went through two different inspections with Judy and each time she was extremely thorough and determined. She is very knowledgeable and it was so helpful to me as a first time home owner/buyer. Judy checked every spot she could while providing information to me and answering questions. I really cannot rave enough about how great it was to work with her. Hopefully I will not need another inspection for a while but if i do, i will 100% hire Judy again. Keith did an amazing and thorough inspection prior to buying our townhouse, based on a referral from our great realtor, Annette Schafer. We still refer to his InspectionReport binder for tips or advice on things he noticed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
