Judy is a great inspector. As a first time home-buyer, she gave us much more detailed information than we expected. I would highly recommend her, and definitely will have her to inspect our house again when we buy houses.

Fairview Home Inspections - SPECIFICALLY JUDY! has been amazing to work with. I went through two different inspections with Judy and each time she was extremely thorough and determined. She is very knowledgeable and it was so helpful to me as a first time home owner/buyer. Judy checked every spot she could while providing information to me and answering questions. I really cannot rave enough about how great it was to work with her. Hopefully I will not need another inspection for a while but if i do, i will 100% hire Judy again. Extremely responsive, helpful, and she managed to squeeze me into her jam packed schedule. She keeps up with the latest updates in home inspecting/improving and has expertise when it comes to mold. I really can't recommend her enough.

Keith did an amazing and thorough inspection prior to buying our townhouse, based on a referral from our great realtor, Annette Schafer. We still refer to his InspectionReport binder for tips or advice on things he noticed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Keith and Judy are incredibly knowledgeable home inspectors. As a first time homebuyer, I interviewed over 5 different home inspectors and Judy and Keith were exceptional. It was a pleasure working with them and I would absolutely recommend Fairview Home Inspections!Throughout the inspection, Keith took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything he was doing/looking for without prompting.We were on a tight turn around for a 5 day home inspection, and Keith went above and beyond to turn around our report in time for us to reach out to contractors (this was a big coupe since our home inspection took place on Day 4). The report was meticulously detailed, relaying everything we discussed. I used Fairview Home Inspections for a very difficult home which had been built and renovated over a 40-year period. I've sold many homes and this by far was the most complicated inspection I've witnessed in more than 1000 transactions. The inspection was 6 hours long and nothing was overlooked. Using Fairview Home inspections is well worth the money.
