This is a family owned business with a heart! We had a situation, and Chris Burrows and the rest of the TURLINGTON septic family helped us tremendously. They as many other septic companies are very busy in the peninsula area of Virginia, but they saw our cry for help and did what needed to be done. Had problems in the morning and crew came within hours. Problem solved. All the staff were so personable and kind. They knew exactly what they were doing and even found out that we had two wells!! The last time we had it pumped, the company only pumped the one well. So, no wonder we ended up with a back-up. I highly recommend them.

Chris & Heidi were a pleasure to work with. I explained I needed my cesspool pumped and inspected due to the pending sale of my house. They realized the clock was ticking for me, and Chris came out right away to take care of things. Terrific, honest people and exceptional service! A++++++
