Everyone is caring and professional. They treat you like you are family.

Love my doctor, hate the system. This is a great clinic as long as everything is standard and expected. Sick visit? Absolutely won't happen.

First, this is not a review of my PCP Rebecca Spinner….she has been great in the couple of years I’ve been going to her and that is the only reason I’m giving this office two stars. With that being said, a recent occurrence with the office staff while trying to have a medical issue addressed has left me feeling less like their patient and more like a customer as it is obvious this is purely a business for them. I was seen Monday for a routine 3 month follow up for medication. Two days later I woke up with a urinary tract infection. I get these once or twice a year so I’m familiar with the symptoms. Unfortunately the timing for this was less than ideal as I was stuck on a military base in unavoidable meetings and it was also Halloween so making an appointment to be seen that day wasn’t possible and going to an urgent care after work would mean my kids aren’t going trick or treating this year. I assumed that a phone call to my doctor to request a lab order for a urinalysis would be the easiest and fastest solution and that an office visit wouldn’t be necessary as I was just seen with an office visit two days earlier so it’s safe to assume my height, weight, blood pressure, and medications haven’t changed. I asked the employee that answered the phone to speak to my provider or to have her call me back. She inquired why and I explained I was just there a couple of days ago for an appointment and since then have developed a UTI and need a lab put in for a urinalysis. I was then told that this CANNOT be done without an office visit and they had nothing available for the rest of the week but I should “call in the morning to get a sick appointment”…….even though she confirmed that this appointment would be no different then the one 2 days ago other than getting the urinalysis. This is 100% so they can bill my insurance for another office visit and make money. They had the ability to help solve this medical issue in a timely manner but refused and instead I had to spend another day in pain and leaking urine until I could take off of work and spend 3 hours trying to be seen at an urgent care. I DO NOT feel like they cared about me as a patient, and making sure they make as much money off of my medical issue as possible seemed to be more of a priority. I’m so disappointed and as much as I like my PCP I may be searching for a doctor who makes sure their patients wellbeing comes before anything else.

Finally found a primary care doctor that is thorough and caring. Sam Hughes goes out of her way to make sure all of your questions are answered.

Forgot to mention I was treated kindly by everyone I met. The front desk and check out very pleasant as well as the nurses assistant who checked all my medication in.

Beck, Lori, and Amy always take amazing care of my family. They are always willing to
spend time with us and listen to our concerns. We always receive the best medical advice. It has always been difficult to get my husband to go to the doctor, but Becky and her team has won him over! We are also extremely thankful for Dr. Stone and Cindy who take such incredible care of my 77 year old mother who requires special assistance. When my mom has a need Cindy and Dr. Stone ensure that it is met immediately. We can't leave this review without recognizing the caring ladies in the front. They are always so positive and helpful! My family is always greeted with a smile when we walk-in to the clinic. We are grateful for the entire team! They are an asset to Riverside!

Very Sad. Today's mental health is not about helping the Patient. It's more about how much $ they can get out of you. This tactic is taught in med school. How to drag treatment and bill the insurance before you actually find resolve. This is used a lot in podiatry. Never thought I get this from mental health. I was needing to find a psychiatrist in V.A for ADHD. I was seeing a Dr in Az & have been getting treatment with medication since 2003. I'm completely out. When I called this place I explained this to them & I was out of meds. I was told to see N.P. in their office They told me she can prescribe ADHD medication. I even came in 2 days before to make sure everything was in order and fill out any paperwork. Only to find out that she cannot prescribe and that she is primary care which I do not need. To make matters worse. I cannot see an actual psychiatrist until June. Meanwhile, I am left to fend on my own until. Mind you, I'm not doing a good job functioning. Mental health folks but, that does not matter. On their defense. Nowadays, this is somewhat standard. It was only after I was charged did the N P. alerted me that there are places that still take patients without seeing a primary care. Gee thks for caring. Then you wonder why people are not getting the help they need in a timely manner. The red tape, hoops and lies. All for the sake of making money. You also wonder why some with mental health resort to buying black market or make a formulary. I don't blame them. I'm knew to this area. If I knew where, I would as well. Very sad and apathetic of mental health treatment.

Everyone here was extremely patient and nice. Very understanding people and made me feel very comfortable. Also the first time I've managed to get all the way through having my blood drawn without tearing up ?

Called to get my sick 86-year-old grandfather in for an appointment with Dr. Diat his PCP; and was told no appointments available. I've called multiple times this week just to be told to call back first thing in the morning to get a same day sick appointment. Of course, when you call there are no appointments available. They pushed him out to be seen on January 19th. The "I don't care" attitude was unacceptable. I asked to speak with the practice manager and of course she is away for the week.Elderly patients need should be seen an in a timely manner. We will be seeking a new caring office.

I almost didn't leave this review but when I saw all the other negative ones complaining about the same things I experienced I figured one more testimony might save someone else. The staff here displays horrible customer service and lack empathy for their patients. They are very disorganized and uncommunicative. The girl at the front desk is very rude and is a prefect representation for the kind of service you will receive throughout this office. DO NOT GO HERE!
