Arrived the same day we reported a problem and at the time they said they would. Determined the problem and took the steps necessary to solve it. They have always taken the time to explain the problem and how it should be fixed.
Jordan did a wonderful job walking through looking at everything pricing out the system for the size house we had based on the ducting layout. Please, with what was offered and plan to go ahead with installation.
