Once you walk through the doors you meet a friendly front desk staff and then you meet Stacy the nurse who takes your vitals and was so pleasant to talk to. Then you meet Dr. Wolf-small who is so patient and caring. The nurse that took my blood was great. I was not being established as a new patient. I came for a referral and refill of meds. If it was not over an hour away this practice would be my primary care. I highly recommend this office they treat you like family and really care about your health. Thank you all for being a beacon of light to your community and anyone that needs care.

I cannot recommend Alethea Butler, APRN - NP enough. After months of feeling ignored by other doctors regarding my leg and back pain, Alethea Butler, APRN - NP was the first person to truly listen. She didn't just rush me out the door; she took the time to do a thorough assessment and actually looked for the root cause of my discomfort. It was confirmed I was given a script for arthritis pain / anti inflammatory meds but after getting home with the
Meds paper work said if you have coronary issue do not take ? Some question was my medical file reviewed by the prescriber had cardiologist appointment today and it was confirmed do not take so I wasted good co-pay money and my cardiologist took the
Meds to be destroyed
