First of all, this company came with high recommendations from several of our friends so we went forward getting in touch. Jerry, the gentleman who came out to do an evaluation of our chimney crowns and roofing needs, was pleasant, kind and obviously knowledgeable. The masons came out and worked on our chimneys then another crew came to finish up with some other work that needed doing. I didn't get to meet everyone on the crew but we did get to know Scott and Yousif briefly, both being pleasant fellows and skilled workmen. As I mentioned, every spoke of the wheel with Valley Roofing and Exteriors was a pleasant experience from the customer service end as well as the excellent work to boot! And, based on the reviews we looked at before we went with them, and from our own recent experience, we feel that they were reasonably priced for the job.
