Kris Baggarly provided impressive service- he make me feel comfortable having workers in my house without being home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic to our situation. Kris made certain we felt safe and mold free. He was on top of every detail with regular monitoring and certain to clean up and went above and beyond with communication.
I'm not happy about having found mold, but I am beyond impressed with Kris and his team.

Zenden is the star of this show. I would use this company again, if I needed to. Communication with the company was OK. They do answer questions promptly. Giving a schedule of work was hit and miss though. Helen was very responsive and Zenden went above and beyond for customer satisfaction, in my opinion.
