It must have been 20 or so years ago that Fred Stokley installed deadbolts on the front doors of my home. It is only now, all these years later, that minor repair / adjustment was needed to return both locks to their original working order (the problem being with us as the users, not the locks). Both Glen and Shane quickly diagnosed the problem with professionalism and courtesy, carrying on the legacy of their company's founder. They made me 2 extra keys for my car. I was under the impression that it was going to cost a lot of money but due to the age of the vehicle the keys were only $10. They could have overcharged me but they were very trustworthy.
