Was told in March that I could park in their large and open parking lot, because I live in an apartment right next to the lot with limited spaces. Today my car was towed and when asking them why, was told because it’s private property and nobody gave us permission. After talking with a woman (who has an attitude problem) she finally was writing down information of the property manager to be in contact with him. She said they allow college students to park there but if the person at the front desk said I was allowed to park there then they shouldn’t have and it doesn’t matter.
