Our service tech, George, is always very punctual and extremely thorough with his treatment plan on each visit. Due to the cold weather and being out in the country, he is concentrating on keeping the rodent population in check and so far he's done an excellent job with no activity apparent at this time.

I’ve used ORKIN for their routine maintenance plan for years and they have been great. I have had the same technician throughout and the consistency and trustworthiness has been a huge benefit of using this company. He calls before going out and provides an update if I’m unable to be present during the service. They have tackled everything from mice to insects and everything in-between. If we have an issue in between the regularly scheduled treatments they are always accommodating and will promptly address. Absolutely recommend for your personal property and for peace of mind with your rentals.
