My Aunt has been admitted to the Rehab facility due to a fall. I wanted to give a shoutout to all of the staff there, however I would especially like to highlight Abigail, a CNA. Abigail has gone above and beyond to make sure my Aunt has been taken care of there. My Aunt had a traumatic brain injury at age 4 and she can be a lot to handle at times. Abigail is always willing to listen and address my concerns regarding my Aunt. She is a team player and has a tremendous heart and shows tremendous empathy towards all patients. I would just like to recognize two amazing women who went above and beyond for my grandmother during her stay. Ashlee Heiston is one of the most genuine human beings I’ve ever met. She truly cares about each patient that comes into this facility. She took care of everything for us and I never had to worry about a thing. Also, the wonder nurse who took care of her Brenda marshall. She treated her as family and not just “another patient”. Treated her with kindness and dignity. During every visit she was so kind and informed us with any changes that she might have had.

Donna the unit manager and her team on the west unit are absolutely amazing. They are caring and compassionate. Some of the best staff I have ever seen. They strive to make the residents feel at home and to ensure the safety of both residents and staff.Very helpful and caring people.
