I've been a patient 20 years. I've had very poor health and pretty good health. The Drs are great in good times and bad. Dr Syptak is a good man and cares about his patients. I would've changed a long time ago if I thought anything otherwise. I like knowing I can trust my doctor.
I've been with Dr. Nio for several years and while I only see her once a year I like her a lot. However this office as a whole is a mess. Unprofessional immature front desk, takes absolutely forever and I mean months to get lab results on the patient portal. I get yearly blood work done and it's almost 8+ weeks to receive my results via the portal. It seems this place needs a serious office manager and cleanup. I have been looking for another primary care provider for these reasons alone.
Not sure what is going on in this office, i agree with the recent reviews though, there is no longer any follow through, been waiting a week for meds, no one calls you back nor seems to care. I ‘m looking for a new practice.
There needs to be an office manager although I suspect it would take them forever to straighten things out, sad in a way I’ve met some nice people there but the office is extremely inefficient
