I'm a Caucasian female, recently lost all my hair, not about to discuss the reason, however I went to Sally beauty and they referred me here because they had no wigs. When I got inside the female in the back was very busy, so she was unable to answer questions, and I had ALot due to this whole new experience for me. I waited patiently and when she had time, Omg she was so friendly and helpful. She even explained things to me about applying it, and also gave me a free item. She was so pleasant, and gracious! First time getting professional hands to braid my hair! I love Ms. Mavis. Because I’ve never worn braids for more than a few hours, to take pictures! I would take it down because of how uncomfortable my scalp felt. I allowed her to take control on choosing the hair color, yes it was hard falling to sleep last night, because I’m so tender head in my temples! But she offered advice to how to make my scalp more comfortable, to loosen my scalp! Woke up this morning and YES, I can wear these braids!
