EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I needed my SUV towed from out of town into Harrisonburg. I called Chapins to to see if they would be able to do it or not, they responded back immediately, offered the best price and said they could leave within the hour. Norberto was very professional, friendly & courteous. He communicated & provided photos when he picked up and dropped off my SUV. Norberto went out of his way to my situation less stressful.
