Every time I've been here, the people cleaning my teeth had such a rude and condescending attitude. They acted like I was dumb and like I was personally inconveniencing them. Multiple appointments to get a filling when it should have only taken one (a huge waste of my money btw). It is convenient to get an appointment here, I'll give them that. But if you are able to, I would urge you to go to a better dental office because it really seems like this place prioritizes profit over quality care.
My tech was great. Very friendly and professional. The dentist was nice but didn't offer any other options other than dentures that ranged from &10,000 to $58,000. I don't know about y'all but that's ridiculous. An attempted repair would have been an affordable option for me at this time but he said it wouldn't work? I'm going to check around with another practice. This one just seemed money oriented to me
Finally had the nerve to make a change and the staff here at AD (H'burg) have made the process manageable for me to deal with. I appreciate their efforts to help me. Nicole is awesome!
