I’ve seen Dr. McCain for years, and now I’m also going to Sacred Paradise Aesthetics (SPA) at McCain Whole Health. I tried the sauna at SPA and I loved it. First, know that I do not seek out heat. I sweat a lot and I prefer to be cold than hot any day of the week. However, a sauna intrigued me because other people mentioned how great it was. So I gave it a try and now I want my own! I sat in a rainbow of colors for 20 minutes, and my neck was no longer stiff and my joints didn't ache. All you need to do is open the door and sit and get some sweat on, and the rainbow fade lighting was the cherry on top. I cannot wait to go back.
