We have been taking our dog and cat here for a little over a year for boarding. They are pampered, taken care of, and the staff always answers all of our questions. They have called us when minor issues arose and kept us informed of our pets' stays.
My 4 star review is due to the phone service not being up to par. I'm sure with animals, someone can't get the phone at all times but I normally have to leave a voicemail and get a call back in 3-4 days at minimum (which is inconvenient when trying to plan vacations/days out of town).
Ultimately, I recommend boarding and grooming at All About Paws!
We were in town for a JMU football game and needed to board our 2 yorkies for the night. I called All About Paws about a week prior and found that they were able to take our dogs for the night for an extremely reasonable fee. The facility is right next to a vet clinic and offers doggie daycare, gooming, as well as boarding. I was happy to see it was clean, and the staff was very helpful. They made sure to find out our dogs' routine and feeding schedule. When we picked them up, our dogs didn't smell like a kennel, like they have from other boarding facilities. We will not hesitate to board our dogs with All About Paws next time we are in town.
