I was a little nervous at first, not knowing what to expect. Getting stuck with needles, on purpose, sounds crazy, right? At my initial visit with Berry, we talked about all my physical and emotional issues, and how acupuncture works. I set up a schedule with 2 treatments each week. The sessions are not long, usually a little less than 30 minutes. Everyone there is very friendly, and efficient. I am now feeling much better, both physically and mentally.
