I have been a client of Eye Care & Surgery for almost 25 years. My experience from the time I enter with the receptionist to my exit has been excellent. All staff are very professional and efficient. Dr. Thompson is thorough in his exam, explains what condition my eyes are in and suggests what may or may not be needed. He has done my cataracts and lens replacement. Dr. Thompson and his staff are the best.
I had to go in for an eye injection for AMD and I was very nervous! The doctor explained everything and walked me through the process and he was so professional! His nurse was so nice and helpful she held my hand through the whole procedure and this helped me so much to feel comfortable! I will need more injection but with the way they treated me I am more at ease now and feel I will be able to handle the situation better and the next injection will be quick and easy! I would definitely recommend this practice to all my friends and family! Thanks again you guys are awesome!?
It was easy to get an appointment. The staff were very professional. The doctor was personable and answered all my questions. I needed to get glasses, and that was handled very efficiently, and that person was very friendly and helpful.
