Good morning Walmart Vision. I visited the Hampton Virginia location to have a repair done on my frames, which I brought 2 years prior under the America's Best company. The ladies working at this location (Joanne & Carolina) where very pleasant and professional. They informed me that America's best was no longer associated with this store, however the manager Joanne was able to repair my frames. I'm a local business owner and I would love to have these women representing my business!
Have not got glasses from yet I’ve called in their customer service is great. I went with son to his glasses and they were great with and hovering over us why we were looking at his glasses they asked a few questions and I said that we’re just looking.They all my questions about glasses for my self and it was a lot and let me call my husband and have him on speaker and answered all his questions, and they did not get agitative of agitative about it and they were not hovering and they did not push anything on us, which was greatAnd I told him some other info about myself, and they gave me advice that they knew that I have something I could try
I went there today to get my son glasses repaired both of the young ladies were very friendly, professional and gave great customer service. Meka was exceptional!!!! She went above and beyond to do what she could and repaired my son glasses like new. I would highly recommend this place because of their employees. I live all the way in Denbigh but came to the Hampton vision center in walmart because they are always awesome!!! Thanks again ladies!
