From the phone call to make the appointment to scheduling the MRI, Dr. Sablan and the entire staff at Tidewater Ortho are phenomenal. As parents of a young athlete, the sense of urgency was felt throughout our visit and treatment. The front desk staff was patient and helpful. Not to mention, our friends and family all insisted we see Dr. Sablan, "He's the best." And they were right. Don't go anywhere else. You deserve the best and it's here.

What I like about this practice, is when you have an appointment, you are seen on time and on schedule in my experience. My recent visit started on time, included X-rays, and injection, and I was done in less than 40 minutes. Dr. Sablan is personable, tells it like it is, and excellent overall. I highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Kingston for FKR. No issues with treatment, very pleased with results. BEWARE of the administrative side of this practice! Faxed my disability paperwork to them PRIOR to surgery, followed up 10 days later & was told they were "about 4 months" behind looking at faxes. Delays resulted in me not getting disability payment until I was back @ work 5 weeks later. And the fun continues, 6 months later. Paid the patient estimate prior to surgery. Two months later received documentation from insurance company that showed I overpaid by $1,000. Billing office promised I would get refund in July. It's the end of August & I'm still trying to get back my overpayment. They don't have a problem sending out bills but heaven help you if you've overpaid!
