However, the administrative side of the practice has received criticism, with patients reporting issues with billing and communication. Despite these administrative challenges, many patients have had positive experiences with the practice. One patient who recently had a right hip replacement surgery with Dr. John H. Matthews, a relatively new addition to the practice, had an exceptional experience. The patient was impressed with Dr. Matthews' professionalism, communication, and care approach.
