I inquired about installing a radio in my 2005 Toyota Corolla. The day of the appointment everything was fine until i received a call about a part i needed. I was so over it but he gave me some encouraging words so i wouldn't be as frustrated and then he said hold on i think i got the part. Few seconds later it was the right part. Im really thankful that i decided to go to Sure Sounds. The customer service was top tier and he even gave me some good advice.
