It was my first scheduled massage and I was nervous about what to expect but the masseuse was so aware of the slightest discomfort and communicated with me. the music helped with relaxation and we were greeted by ice cold water in the end if our session. great tip for great service! definitely be going back soon. thank you! sensory info: the atmosphere was pleasant with light white noise in the back ground. rooms are dim but not dark. doors are curtains. the couple Swedish used warm essential oils and hot stones. Essential oil weren't strong in smell. make sure to communicate sensory concerns. its warm and i had no issues with the temp. Lastly, remember to do all that breathing work through the experience!
