Called about having Pyramid check for possible roof leak. Couple for days later Pyramid sent out a technician, Max, to check my roof. It was a Friday afternoon, Max checked my roof - no leaks but squirrels has gnawed my pipe collars on the roof. Max sent back to the office and got new pipe collars and put be on that afternoon. Great job.

While we have not decided to commit to this company I will say that both David and Mike were excellent. David was very knowledgeable and took his time with our inspection and quote. He was honest, kind, and considerate. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood all aspects of his findings. They are definitely at the too of our list!

“I am assuming that the work was completed in a professional manner, as I have no way to personally inspect it. Therefore, I am relying on the understanding that everything was done in accordance with the order.” “The crew that came out was courteous, professional, and had a clear understanding of what needed to be done.” “The only minor concern I have is that the crew did not clean up after themselves, leaving some trash on my back deck and in the yard.”
