My HP needed a cooling fan replacement. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. They need a reservation for an opportunity to talk to you now, but did say that we should expect 2-3 weeks because it would require a trip to Kentucky. Anish was able to fix it in less then 1 day. He is a very gifted IT professional and I definitely recommend the Neighborhood Computer Shop.
