ZERO STARS. Please don’t come here needing tax help. Raymond is unprofessional and when I asked to cancel my POA with him, he was incredibly disrespectful.

I gave this person 2 ENTIRE months of grace and follow up seeking help and when I asked to cancel my POA today because he never remembered me OR what he was supposed to be helping me with, he told me that I “just didn’t want to pay him” and hung up up on me.

Please look elsewhere if you are a consumer. I hope he never gets to disrespect or disappoint someone genuinely looking for help again.

I came to Raymond with a business tax problem, he assured me he could get the tax reduced and talked a really good game, he charged me 10k for the service. I would email him every other week for a status update and I would always ask questions. He avoids answering most questions. He filed 3 OIC (offer in compromise) for me which were rejected, I told him on the last one just get me a payment plan set up, well a year later and nothing is resolved and now he won’t answer my calls or emails, leaving me owing more then before.
