Tina was there, ready to accept me as a teary-eyed walk-in for a massage at the end of a long day. I came in with my niece, her friend, and friends mom for my nieces graduation without an appointment, because we failed to plan appropriately ? But they took us in where they could get us in and were so kind about it. Hannah did great on my dip mani and classic pedi. Lovely shop and lovely staff.

I love Kool Nails Mrs Jennifer Brown is so talented, polite, attentive, and very much detail oriented. My nails and pedicures are always relaxing and I leave very happy. Ms Linda has a very nice shop, and nice staff. All are good.
