Great Clips Hampton offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids. The salon provides various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. They are open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary. Customers can walk-in or check-in online to skip the wait. The salon's "ClipNotes" service ensures a great cut every time.
While most customers are satisfied with the services, some have had mixed experiences. One customer's stepson was unhappy with their haircut, as the stylist did not do what they had requested. However, another customer, Zaria, was praised as a "miracle worker" who helped the customer feel 10 years younger and confident again with her gentle touch.
Some customers have expressed concerns about the increasing prices of the haircuts, noting that the cost has become "way out of hand" even with coupons. They suggest that the salon should run more coupons to make the services more affordable.
I have been a Great Clips customer for several years now. I have been very happy with the service provided by the hairstylists who work there. This includes shops in Florida, Newport News and Hampton. For this visit I used my 13.99 haircut coupon! The lady who did my haircut asked me how I wanted it and she also consulted the notes in their online system about my prior visits. I also like their app which allows you to check in using your phone. Great work and Thank You!!!
walked in for a haircut and the staff was really friendly i didn’t know what i wanted really and a staff member named ally maybe alli/y gave me some recommendations and the haircut was spectacular.
Just showed up and Bobbi joe got me in right away. she listen to what I wanted and she did a fantastic job. Some times it hard to find some one new after you lose the person cutting your hair for 20 years but she did it. Thanks, I will be going back from now on. Great people and a great job
