I am not one to take the time to write reviews, however. I absolutely love the atmosphere of the office and the personalities of the nurses and staff, especially my FNP, Courtney Penn. She has extraordinary bedside manners and always makes me feel at ease when making sure to address all my medical problems and questions I may have. I honestly consider myself INCREDIBLY fortunate to be a patient of Elizabeth Lakes Family Practice.
I can say a lot but I'll say I disagree completely with all the negative reviews! This was my first visit today and it was amazing! I left my prior PCM because of the lack of care and the wait times when you go to the appointment. I was so impressed at how quickly I was called back and how quickly the doc came in. I saw Dr Arnold. I will say he is probably by far the best doctor I have seen in the last 10 years. He took the time to listen to me, addressed my concerns, and didn't try to rush me out like most doctors do. The front office ladies were amazing, very kind and friendly. My longtime PCP left another facility and Dr. Balka was highly recommended and it was the best choice I can make to start going to Elizabeth Lakes family practice. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Balka, and other providers genuinely care and are always very accommodating, considerate and overall the best physicians office I have ever been to.
