Please visit this establishment. Charlene is an absolute pleasure! They’re genuinely caring people here who will go above and beyond. If there is a disconnect in communication, they will utilize their language apps on their phones to help understand your hair care needs. However, understanding the water that is used on your hair (skin) in the Hampton Roads area is a plus. It contains chloramines which is chlorine and ammonia. I moved to Va in 2018 and have been coming to only this salon for my silk presses, color and blowouts. Just new years Charlene slayed my hair for my New Year’s party I highly recommend them. They accept walk ins and very inexpensive . They are quick and will always have your hair healthy and beautiful. Thank u ladies
I love this place! My only gripe is, if you're a natural girly plz be aware that the heat is HOT ?
My hair usually revert back very fast but after I went here it went back but longer than usual. Ijs
Other than that I love this place especially bc they accept walk ins, which is rare nowadays

I have 3A/3B hair. My curl pattern reverted back but it took many masks and moisturizing treatments....I still will go back tho
