I've been a patient here for 8 years and probably have seen every provider they have! I was treated previously by a large "corporate" provider, who charged me for Dr's I never saw, and overall felt like just another number. When I came to Assoc.in Derm. I was treated in a friendly way, and in a timely and professional manner. I had to wait just ONCE in all these years due to a medical emergency. It was inconvenient for me, but if that were me or my loved ones having the emergency, I'd hope other patients would be kind and understanding. So here's my "unquestionable" 5 star review! These guys are the best!
I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Everyone is friendly and so professional. I took my elderly mother here when she was alive and they were so patient with her. I go here now and this is a great place to go for all of your skin health and cosmetic needs! I love that when I have an appointment I don’t have to wait long!
Amazing practice! We've been going to this office for 20 years. Dr. Leslie Coker is a perfectionist and, thankfully, my husband's face has been a recipient of her excellent skill. Children of the iodine/baby oil generation need an excellent dermatologist and she is. I did see her new PA, Miguel, in early November and addressed my concerns. He is professional, kind and explains what he is doing. I recommend him. I realize that people do not like to wait past their appointment time but this office staff never knows what they are going to see when you visit. They do a thorough exam and try to address any concerns immediately. No-one wants to take any kind of skin cancer home and come back later. If I ever wait, it's knowing they are trying to help the person in front of me. I've also never had an issue with the front desk. They have always called me back promptly when I've asked a question. I feel fortunate that this practice is in our area.
