I am giving a one star but really I would give them zero stars.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I found them on Facebook and contacted them to come clean the carpets (one bedroom and upstairs loft and hallway). It said $60 per room and hallway so $120.00. They called to say they were coming out that morning. When they came out the guy said he was going to give an estimate prior to starting. Again it was those two rooms. He changed from $120.00 to $220. Which is crazy!! you can get a your whole house cleaned by other companies for less than this! We obviously said no way and sent him on his way but this was a waste of our time and a waste of the companies time. IF you can't... read full review

We have used Absolute Chem Dry three times in the past year. I have been very impressed with Malcom. He is very thorough with his work and is extremely polite and professional. We tried another company last quarter and learned our lesson...we will continue with Chem Dry from now on.
