Naomi is the best. She’s a little intimidating at first - she doesn’t stand for much nonsense. If you want to use her as a groomer, expect to be put on a schedule - I ask my dogs to be groomed every 8-10 weeks. She creates the schedule and texts it to you for an entire year. My dogs always desperately need grooming by the time their appointments come up. If you don’t like a yearly schedule, I wouldn’t recommend Omistar. It’s how she runs her business and it works great. Naomi and her husband run the business by themselves so are always extremely busy. They ask you not to call to find out when your dog will be ready. They will call or text when they are. We were in a bind and received a lot of recommendations. We found Naomi and I’m glad we did. Ginger had her first appointment today and she looks amazing! Can’t wait for our next appointment.
