“Some years ago I had a very, very sick kitty named Ollie. I took him to multiple vets and nobody was able to tell me what was wrong with him. I finally ended up at Dr. Rasnakes and thankfully she was able to find out what was wrong and help him. He was always a sickly little guy after that but because of her we were able to have a few wonderful years with him before he passed.
Today I have two precious healthy dogs that I take to them, and as per usual, everyone from the front desk to the drs and nurses are absolutely wonderful. They are informative and they take their time to explain everything and I don't feel rushed or left hanging and not knowing whats happening with my dogs.
Because I feel supported by my vets office, im willing to pay the little extra it costs to go here.
This is one of those cases, you get what you pay for, and I feel im getting high quality care here.
Ignore the negative reviews.”
