Lily at Southern Suds is absolutely the very best! When we went in it was such a very calm environment!! Lily was a gem to work with, she absolutely was so kind and understanding!! Also, most people know that if you work with animals that your environment will tend to smell like animals, but it smelled AMAZING!!! We asked what she uses and it was a handmade product by her partner!! There’s a selection to buy of room sprays, scents for your pets, and diffuser oils!! They smell so good and come to find out they are made with mostly natural ingredients, so they’re safe for your pets and you!! I completely recommend Lily at southern suds!! She cut our cocker spaniels hair and bagged him so good!!! He absolutely loved her!!

Some years ago I had a very, very sick kitty named Ollie. I took him to multiple vets and nobody was able to tell me what was wrong with him. I finally ended up at Dr. Rasnakes and thankfully she was able to find out what was wrong and help him. He was always a sickly little guy after that but because of her we were able to have a few wonderful years with him before he passed.
Today I have two precious healthy dogs that I take to them, and as per usual, everyone from the front desk to the drs and nurses are absolutely wonderful. They are informative and they take their time to explain everything and I don't feel rushed or left hanging and not knowing whats happening with my dogs.
Because I feel supported by my vets office, im willing to pay the little extra it costs to go here.
This is one of those cases, you get what you pay for, and I feel im getting high quality care here.
