“I cannot say enough good things about Pristine Acres. Steve and his team just finished our project and we could not be happier. They did an incredible job. Pristine makes every part of the process as easy as possible. Our back yard presented quite a challenge for them as it is almost straight hill going up. We first met with Steve who had a vision for the backyard that seemed almost impossible. But when we met with the rest of the team, we were convinced the dream he shared with us was indeed possible, with just a little grading and a couple retaining walls, and the walls are so beautiful they actually add to the beauty of the outdoor space. Kevin, Pristine's chief designer is simply a creative genius. His eye for making the project beautiful is beyond compare. He helped us to make the very best selections my wife to ensure my wife and I got just what we wanted. And he stays with the project until the end! Mike also has creative ideas of how to most efficiently make the project beautiful and keep us within budget. Matt and Shawn are the general construction managers and both are on top of every detail. My wife and I have done numerous remodels and renovations over the past few decades and none of those projects was as headache free as the construction of our pool and an amazing pavilion (the pavilion perfectly matches our home thanks to Kevin). Shawn was our main point of contact throughout the process and his attention to detail is outstanding. We saw him at our house daily. He ALWAYS did everything he could to please us, no matter what we requested. He is now considered part of our family. We got constant updates from the front office via Jessie who always made sure we were up to date. The most incredible thing is that Steve Waldron, the President of the company, is never more than a phone call away. He sets a high standard for responsiveness and customer service, and it runs through every Pristine employee we met. I recommend Pristine Acres without a single reservation. They are simply the best. If I could give six stars, I would not hesitate to do so. They are that good. In sum, they are the masters of creating outdoor beauty.“
