Huge waste of my time. I had a scheduled appt for one of my children (2 under 3 with me!). We show up to find a closed sign in the window. I waited for 5 minutes after our appointment check in hoping it was a lunch break. I have 2 text confirmations and even double checked my location. Huge disappointment!!
