Ashton and Jamie fixed my gas logs today and did an excellent job. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy that they were able to get the job done before the potential ice storm this weekend. Customer service still exists at Fire and Water.
My tankless hot water heater busted over the weekend. I called about a dozen plumbers in the area and not only was Mark the first one that came out and inspect the damage, he has a new system installed in less than 24 hours and to top it all off he was easily the most affordable option I found. He gave me multiple options, explained how to best take care of the system and didn’t try to up charge me and gave 0 pressure to pay more than I needed to. 100% will be recommending to everyone who needs someone who cares and will work with you. Thank you Mark!
Fair prices, knowledgeable and prompt. what more can you ask for? They did such a great job installing a tankless system that I recommended to my daughter. They treated her great as well...which says to me they are also consistently great :) I would recommend them to anyone!
