We had an excellent experience with Hawkeye. Rob inspected our new home in July. He was responsive when we first contacted him, punctual when he came to do the inspection, and he was extremely professional. He provided a detailed report with photos, and an awesome list of recommended service providers as part of the inspection report. He also went above and beyond and came back to our house on short notice to look at some cracks we discovered in the wall. He graciously agreed to complete some paperwork for our insurance company and again provided a written report with pictures. I would HIGHLY recommend Hawkeye!

He inspected our house, which was over a hundred years old and did a fabulous job. Even educated us a little on houses were built during the 1900s. He was on time and was willing to answer questions related to the inspection and wrote a very thorough report. I highly recommend Hawkeye Inspection Services, Inc !
