Great place with friendly people - I didn't catch the name of the person who did my hair but she did great and was patient with me when I couldn't decide what to do with it!

Used to get decent, prompt, service when checking in online. Now, had to register and book an appt... 3:30pm and was told it would be awhile because she was doing a color and the other girl was on break and then she had a color coming in... WTH, I'm in the door 10 mins early and told it would be a long while before they could get to me for what would be a 5 min military sheer cut. Will be looking for a new barber.

I only gave them 2 stars because I've had decent service in the past. However, they always seem short staffed. Today I made what I thought was a 430 apt through Google. I arrived at 420 and find out it's not an appointment it simply is a spot in line. There were only 2 girls working, nothing coloring hair. There were 2 people in front of me, 1 was seen while coloring was drying. At 455 one of the girls announces she's leaving at 5 but will cut 1 more person, the guy in front of me. A gentleman who came in after me and myself just have to continue to wait so I left. This is not the first time the wait has been long due to lack of staffing.
