I have been coming to this place for about a year now. I'm giving three stars because it's not always terrible but when I first started going there I was getting better results But ever since I kindly asked for a different nail tech because the one that I was getting was not giving me the quality of nails that I wanted I feel like the quality I receive now has lowered which I don't understand because all I did was ask for a different tech. I do feel like they have their favorites that they do their best work for, but I feel like every customer should get the quality they ask for, especially if they're paying. Jenny is my favorite nail specialist that I’ve ever been to. She is amazing. Each time I leave, I feel like I’m leaving with art on my nails. She is wildly talented and is laser focused on the small details. Highly recommend. I’ll be a customer of hers for the long run.
I enjoy getting my nails done at Hayes Bail Spa . The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Everyone that work there is so kind and friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave.
