They had great reviews, I made an appointment to get my head shaved and a beard trim. I met Jennifer, she was absolutely awesome. Explained everything I needed to know what I needed for my trim and head shave. When she was done. It was perfect to me. Went back today 5 weeks later. Looks just as perfect as the first time.
