The first time I came here was when I needed somewhere that could possibly get me a same-day emergency appointment, and they were able to get me in ASAP. I was so impressed with the service there that, once I was able to get dental insurance, I moved to going there for all of my appointments. All of the staff, from the front desk ladies to the hygienists to Dr. Cahn himself, are incredibly kind and friendly, so I always feel comfortable there. They don't upsell extra services, and are conservative when it comes to recommending fillings, only suggesting it when they feel it's necessary. I called and they said to come in on the same day!
The entire staff was pleasant, friendly and efficient.
Dr. James Cahn took care of my problem without fuss, muss or issue.
I recommend Dr. Cahn and West End Dental.....
PS: I hope my regular dentist doesn't see this, but I may make West End Dental my new primary dentist office.....
