Went to Ulta's salon for the first time. Kimberly, their elite hairstylist was a delight to work with. We had a consultation followed by the actual appointment. She was very knowledgeable, detailed and cared about doing a good job!! Kimberly was very pleasant & friendly. She did a terrific job & I enjoyed the experience!!
Super helpful staff -you just have to ask them to engage! They will do a complete work up on what products are good for your skin tone etc. I ended up with a bunch of MAC products,Juicy couture, and surprisingly, I love the lip gloss from one of the Jenner girls I cannot remember her name right now
At my age, I know embarrassingly little about beauty products. I was gifted an Ulta gift card and was so nervous about going in that it took a month for me to go. MK patiently and non-judgmentally listened to my routine and needs. He suggested a product that was budget friendly and let me test it. I love it. It's perfect. MK made me feel comfortable and heard and sold me just the right product. I'm so grateful.
