Dr. Hong is a fantastic optometrist; I went for my first visit today and it was a great experience. The office staff communicated well and told me clearly what to expect at the visit. Dr. Hong was thorough, and most of my time in the office was spent with him doing tests and getting advice on vision related issues (did not spend more than a couple minutes waiting). He was honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. Him and his office staff were friendly :)

Dr. Hong is great! The lady at the front desk is nasty. Very rude and disrespectful. Cuts you off while talking and is very judgmental. She obviously has never worked in a customer service setting before this.

I have been seeing Dr. Hong since I was 12 years old. I am now 29 and he still has the same care and professionalism as he did 17 years ago!I have astigmatism and had a VERY HIGH prescription before I got Lasik done (procedure was done outside of the country). Before and after my procedure, he took great care of my eyes and always made sure I didn’t have any concerns before leaving his office.His wife (front desk) is exceptional at what she does and they are simply THE BEST.Don’t be fooled by the fact they’re at a Costco, just go get seen by Dr.Hong :)
