I was recently referred by a friend to make an appt. with Tina at Shear Reflections at Innsbrook in Glen Allen. I needed a good cut and color. I had several blends of brown and black and my grey was real obvious. I needed someone who could blend my colors and cover the grey. Tina went out of her way to make it a positive experience. Since I don’t go to a salon regularly I was feeling pretty intimidated. Tina though was really good about explaining the procedure from step to step as she went along.
